It is the duty of any judge not to give any decision or remark until he has heard the position of both sides because the remarks and decisions of judges have an impact not only on the relevant cases but also on future cases. The code of conduct of judges requires that any judge should refrain from making such remarks while hearing a case. Justice Masrat Hilali should listen to the position of both sides before making unilateral remarks on the May 9 incident. So far, no transparent commission has been formed on this incident nor has any judicial investigation been conducted. The cases that the police and agencies have filed regarding May 9 have not been presented in the courts with any evidence. Even the CCTV footage of this incident is missing. The Supreme Court has declared my kidnapping illegal from the Islamabad High Court.
In the events of May 9, we were oppressed, our workers were martyred, we were accused and punished. The way the mothers and sisters of the nation were dragged through the streets on May 9 and insulted is shameful. May 9 was a planned false flag operation, carried out with regular planning, and no intelligent person has any doubt about it.
It shouldn't be.
I was detained by Rangers on May 9th, in a well-planned manner, without a warrant, from the premises of the Islamabad High Court, in a humiliating and illegal manner, in order to stir up public sentiments and then turn the peaceful protest into a false flag by getting our own people involved.

Even before May 9th, lists of ten thousand of our workers were ready, who were arrested within a few days. Under the guise of May 9th, mountains of oppression and fascism were broken on the people of Pakistan. Our people were martyred and injured, thousands of workers were arrested in illegal raids, forcibly kidnapped and disappeared, people were tortured by being put in military custody.
Many of our leaders and workers are still unjustly imprisoned in these cases. The aim of May 9th was to crush the Tehreek-e-Insaf and this process is still ongoing. Under the guise of the false narrative of May 9th, the fundamental rights of the people were taken away and their right to live was snatched away. In the country's history, only during the fall of Dhaka had a political party been treated in such a way that the sanctity of women and even children were not taken into account.

Despite our repeated demands, the Judicial Commission was not established on May 9 and November 26. If the Judicial Commission had been established, all the facts would have come before the public. The purpose of establishing the Judicial Commission is to conduct a transparent investigation into the matters on which there are two opinions and determine the culprits in the light of the real facts. We also demand the recovery of CCTV footage of the events of May 9. We approached every court regarding human rights violations. A bench of the Lahore High Court headed by Justice Baqir Najafi heard our petition, the decision of which has been “reserved” for a year and a half.
From Aamir Farooq to Qazi Faez Isa and now Yahya Afridi and the head of the Constitutional Bench have also not heard our petitions related to human rights. Even now, if the Judicial Commission is established, the false narrative of the state on May 9 will be destroyed, which the public has already rejected on February 8, 2024.
Every institution in this country is currently under the control of unseen forces. Adiala Jail is currently under the control of a colonel who neither follows the law nor the jail manual. My people come from far-flung areas of Punjab, Sindh, KP, Azad Kashmir to meet me but they are not allowed to meet me which is a violation of my fundamental rights. Even my children are not allowed to talk to me so that pressure can be increased on me.
